I reserved a loaner while I was getting my trucked serviced. When I went to get a loaner, I found out the loaner car folks changed the rules. They told me they couldn’t loan me a car because the expiration date changed on my driver license said MILITARY. I’m retired military. So I went back to the service department ask if I could get a ride to the Enterprise rental car, they told me to walk. I walked about a mile down the road and rented a car. The next day, I got a call telling me to come get my truck because the parts are going to take a week to come in. I drove down from Poulsbo to Bremerton to get my truck and was told they called the wrong customer. I realize people make mistakes, that’s fine. The service advisor is cool! I’m more pissed about the loaner car folks. Those women can kick rocks! They’re rude as hell. I’m done with West Hills!

Darcey went above and beyond to get my service done today. I wasn’t really prepared to wait with my 1 year old for several hours, my bad— but Darcey was looking out and put in a word with the techs to get me out as soon as possible. She was super nice and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use West Hills for all our Jeep services from now on!
