Darcy Is very easy to work with. She listens well and answers questions. She still working on one problem for us and I believe she will get back to us when she has the answer. She is also very upbeat and cheerful and positive.

The whole process took nearly 8 weeks. I understood the process but 8 weeks is still too look. My service representative Mike Jones did a great job in keeping me informed of what was or was not happening. He called me when he said he would even if there was no new information. He explained what was going on in terms I could understand. Thanks Mike

It just took way too long for the service to be completed. I understand that things happen and delays are part of today’s climate. However, it would go a very long way if a simple phone call was made to update me on a regular basis. Two days would pass before I ended up calling. I felt like I never got a call unless I left a message asking for an update. Not all the time, but at least 90%. I will say that all the staff was very professional and friendly when they called back.
