I have bought 2015 Challenger SRT in September 2015 off showroom floor from your dealership. Jan 2019 i traded it in on Hellcat Redeye and did 3 year maintenance package. I brought my Hellcat Redeye in yesterday for 30K service. Somehow i was charged over $700 and i mentioned the 3 year prepaid plan. Mike reworked it and lowered it to $563. I thought this was covered in that plan. But worse, i drive car home and notice next oil change sticker on windshield wasn’t changed. Ok an oversight. When i get home I check onboard computer says oil life is 30%. I check dipstick. Dirty Oil!! I check coolant level - below the low add coolant mark. You’re charging me for service you didn’t do! Mike said they mentioned air filter is dirty and might need changing but never offered me to purchase new one. I asked if i could pay to have wheel that has some slight curb damage fixed. I was told they didn’t have time to do that. As a business owner, i think management wouldn’t be happy your staff is turning away business. I am beyond UNHAPPY with West Hills service. Nothing was completed. I’m waiting for parts, which are back ordered. No ETA for when they’ll get the parts in. I had to wait 2 months for an appointment. Now I’ll have to wait until the parts finally come in and wait for an appointment - again. 3 months, 5 months, ?.... One of the things I felt they could have actually fixed that day they didn’t even check! My truck has 2 trailer connections - 1 in the bumper (in works), 1 inside the truck (this one doesn’t work at all). The “mechanics” checked the trailer connection - in the bumper. It works of course. When I came in to get my not fixed truck the service advisor said sorry - we’ll check it next time you come in. So no - I’m not happy!

Issues properly identified. Heating issue fixed and works as expected. Transmission cooler replaced but a cooling line backed out shortly after receiving vehicle. Transmission was squealing and slipping. Bryan King was great and I got the vehicle back in the same day and it was fixed and returned a few days later. Not satisfied with the lack of thoroughness from the tech that performed the work. The lack of attention to detail in the repair could have ruined the transmission on the vehicle. I'm still concerned that damage may have been done but won't manifest until a later date.

Customer service was phenomenal as usual, however, I had my tires rotated and with that came an issue. My front tires are rated to a higher pressure than my rear tires, which is listed on the vehicle door panel. It would have been a sign at a minimum if they'd checked the tire pressures to find that there was a 10 psi difference between sensor alarms, but I did not get them in until later. I didn't mention the tire pressure as I hadn't thought about it so it's not a big deal. I took care of it later. Just something to consider when swapping tires on a vehicle, maybe check the pressure to ensure they're good. Thanks!

Today's experience with Michael was by far the most professional service I've had with this Jeep dealer. As I pulled in at 3pm on the dot, he quickly emerged from the service bay to personally greet me and welcome me back. His genuine professional help during the entire process exceeded my expectations and hopefully set a new bar for my future return visits. Upon picking up the truck, he kindly went through everything that was checked and properly done and walked me to the truck for a final inspection. I look forward to servicing my brand new $70K Gladiator with Mr. Jones in the months and years to come. I trust his service opinions, maintenance / mechanical recommendations and most of all highly respect his pride and integrity he carries with him as a working professional auto service writer. It was the worst service experience of my life with any auto maker. I had a 10:00 am appointment that took me a month get. So I show up with my vehicle and it sat there for 2 hours with nobody attending to it. You may ask how I know this is because I was walking around the whole lot looking at other vehicles. Every time I walked by my truck it was still sitting in the same spot. My appointment was to get an oil change and to inspect and diagnose some noise issues possibly from the rear end and or transmission. The service advisor said it would take about 3 hours to perform these tasks. When 2 hours goes by and nothing is getting done that’s when I asked for my keys so I could leave. Don’t give an appointment and then waste someone’s time. I will never ever spend a penny at west hills Ram or any of the west hills auto plex dealers. I’ll make sure to discourage everyone I know from doing business there as well. So don’t waste your time reaching out to me to discuss the matter, you just lost a great customer who loves spending lots of money on automobiles. YOUR LOSS!!!!
