Everything seems to be a little too rushed which makes details get overlooked. I had an appointment far in advance so my mirror should have been ready and waiting to go but they had to spend time locating it. Afterward they did not take the time to see if my traction control needed to be recalibrated which was known to be a possible issue so I had to wait additional time for that to be done. These are not the worst possible issues but it just seems unnecessary and I'm otherwise satisfied with the service and people helping me.

It didn't look like they fixed the window at all. It felt like the service team was rushed and were just trying to push out customers like it was a fast food restaurant instead of taking the time to talk to individuals they were more focused on the walk in customers. I didn't have the opportunity to voice my concerns because I was had my baby there for an appointment that I was told would only take 45min to an hour which was easily double that. I felt like I was pushed out the door instead of appreciated for my business. Thanks for listening.

The original estimate I was given was $135. By the time they were done..,$1720. I’m sure your Service Mgr was happy with kind of bump up! Me? Not so much. In addition they didn’t fully fix what I came in for!!’ First time I have ever felt robbed by this dealership.
