Everything including the work that was done was excellent. The only thing I am not satisfied with was paying 35 a day for a loaner while my car was being worked in. I just bought a 2020 Durango for 50K and the work that needed done was part of the purchase of this vehicle. Should not have beem charged and then I get a Toyota Camry 4 cylinder that was like driving a go cart.

Another great experience with your service team. The recall work was done in a timely manner. I received a txt message when my car was ready. I returned with my wife giving me a ride back to pick up my car, which was cleaner then it was when I dropped it off. And to top everything off, my wife's car battery failed to hold enough charge to start her car as she was leaving. Out came your service team with a jump box to give my wife's car a battery jump. Zak Reed greeted me by name even though it had been a couple weeks since my last visit. He was prepared and minimized the time it took to sign my car in for servicing. I received updates during the day and a text when the car was ready for pickup. Everything was efficient and very friendly.

The maintenance Advisor was very knowledge of my maintenance plane and assured me that all maintenance was in appliance to contract and it was covered under the plan. Quick service and quick appointment line. Best service I have every had in last 10 years

I wanted an oil change. The price online was $65. I upgraded to synthetic oil and that made it $100. Then they said a air conditioning filter was dirty, so that cost $60. They also charged over $9 for an extra quart of oil. My car takes 5qts which is what most cars take. Anyway, the service cost me $168. I thought that it would be a lot less. You may have gotten a chunk of money from me, but you also lost my business. I will never be back to your facility. And on top if this, I was seriously thinking about buying a new truck from you. I am completely dissatisfied Paul M

The way you have the counter set up, it is incredibly loud and difficult to talk to a person at the desk farthest from the entrance Door. All of the conversations filter down to that spot. It was very loud at check-in.
