I was happy with Krys and WHD but not with FCA. The GPS was not fixed but I will say west hills tried. Krys, as always was fantastic

Had to take truck in several times (4) to try to resolve the same issue and engine lite still coming on. Very frustrating that I have to cancel work appointments because my work truck is either in your shop or can’t trust it to run properly , no offer of a loaner truck like Gray Chevrolet does. To be honest I would give you guys a 2 out of 10 only because you are the closest service dealer to my home!

Patrick was exceptionally helpful in getting my ailing Jeep repaired, in advance of a 600 mile, 3 mountain pass trip back to my home in Montana. He exceeded expectations in every regard, and found a way to work in the needed repairs, even though the service schedule was already overloaded.

I came in for an oil change at 11:25 this morning. I was told it would be a little longer of a wait but should be done by 12:45. Instead of letting me know throughout the process I was waiting around for 2 hours and 50 minutes. When they were ready to get me checked out they had lost my keys and had to look around for 5 minutes for them. Completely unsatisfied and very disappointed.
