There was a lack of communication about when my vehicle was expected to be done. Even general estimates would’ve been appreciated instead of silence. I need my truck to go to work. I need to make a plan if I can’t go. I came away from this experience very much feeling that if I didn’t repeatedly call and persist in this process, my vehicle would still be in the service garage: maybe done, maybe not. As of now, I will very much question whether I would return for future service or make any recommendations to others in the local or military communities.

Had an 1130 appointment, was told upon arrival it would be 1 or 1.5 hours. Asked for an update at 95 minutes. Took another ten minutes to be told it would be done soon. Then watched as my truck was finally pulled in. Complained to service manager, suddenly truck was done. Only worked on for 15 minutes, hard to believe quality work was done.

Had to bring my jeep back after oil change I was leaking oil the drain plug was not tightened properly I had no problem with Patrick but was not happy I had to come back
