Service Rep was great! She was knowledgeable and very personable. Her customer service skills were tops!

Waiting over 2 hours for a simple oil change is ridiculous.

Steven Campbell was very efficient , friendly and knowledgeable.

I arrived early for my 2pm appointment, I did not expect the service team to get me in early... but ON TIME would have been nice. When I returned at 3pm to pick up the car, it hadn’t even been started. I had a minor emergency with my children that required me to leave right at 3pm... since the car hadn’t even been started on, I was able to leave with the car and return 40 minutes later (now 3:45 pm) for my 2 pm scheduled service. Wasted an extra 2 hours of my day.

Patrick did a great job in taking care of all my vehicle maintenance needs even with a down computer system. Well done thank you

Truck was in for the week to get right rear brakes working after being soaked with gear oil from failed axle seal. E-Brake still does not work on right side. This was second time truck was in shop for same problem.

BLUF- Patrick had nothing to do with my work not being completed today or my rating of the service department. I was told when I schedule my appointment over a month ago that the airbag recall and door air/water leaks would be taken care or today. The scheduler was going to have a service department person call me to confirm the amount of time that would be needed. Fast forward to Tuesday of this week. I called back to confirm my appointment and work being done because I never received a call back. I was again assured that all work would be completed today and that because my Jeep would be in at opening, I would be first in line with the leak specialist. My call was almost thirty minutes long. Fast fo today. I check in and was informed that the leak specialist only works on Wednesdays. The recall work was completed, but I would have to wait until December to have the leaks fixed. Total BS. I should have been told that up from that the work had to be done on a Wednesday. I had to take a day of leave today to have the work done. Total unimpressive and this was my first visit to this service department. I seriously puts into question whether I will continue to use this facility after the leaks are fixed, next month.
