I had my battery checked and was told it was fine. I brought The car to Seattle and it died overnight. I had to get it jumped. NOW I HAVE TO GET A NEW BATTERY!

When I arrived a guy at one of the service podiums (no name plate) said they would be right with me but continued on his computer and making phone calls while I just stood there waiting for a good 5 minutes, finally another service guy asked what they could help me with after they completed with a checking in another customer. I was told that it would be an hour to an hour and 15 minutes a little to long but decided to wait it out anyways...it took 5 minutes short of 2 hours. Appointments seem to not matter at all. It should not take that long for an oil change. I wish I didn’t pre pay for them. I will never do that again. I also was told it was recommended I my windshield wipers replaced but they were supposedly replaced on my last oil change but never were very good, so I wondered if they really were replaced. The service guy offered to go grab some but I didn’t want to waist anymore time I had things to do who knows how long I would have to take for that. Very disappointed.

They charged me almost 600 dollars for nothing I went there for my tail lights out yes there is some condensation on the right side of the tail light but they said they can fix it my tail hitch was broken I brought it in so they can fix it they did say they have to order the part I'm fine with that. But the other things Steve said they have in stock there so why didn't they just fix it, but it's a business I get it to a point.

My tires were supposed to be rotated. This is the third time Haselwood did not rotate my tires and the last time they did not change the wiper blades on my yukon. ATTENTION to DETAIL needs to be addressed.

Due to the inability of West Hills Dodge to do my recall on my scheduled appointment time, I was forced to go elsewhere. So Haselwood GMC service brought my truck there to get the recall done. I have no further comments.

I am very satisfied with the service team however, I dont feel the tech did a very good job cleaning up after himself. I expected a small amount of spillage having both fuel filters changed but it's been 24 hours and the smell of diesel is still very strong. I will be taking it back to check for leaks.

Lack of communication I had to call several times to check the status of my vehicle. I tried to remain patient and even asked when should I expect a call regarding the diagnosis? After not hearing from the service department the third day, I drove down to the dealership. My vehicle was in the shop three days just to do a diagnosis. Tuesday was my schedule appointment @9am they called (9:20) because I failed to leave my hood key. My wife drove the keys over by 11am yet I didn’t get my vehicle inspected until the third day when I actually went in.

I understand that certain things cannot be avoided, given certain circumstances, but I am highly upset with my recent appointment. This is the second appointment I have had to resolve the issue with my windshield. The first time, there was "not enough time" to fix the issue. Today, it took over 3 hours to come to the conclusion that the seal around my windshield was not installed properly and needed to be replaced. I was then told to.make a follow up phone call to Auto Glass Plus, to schedule an appointment to have my windshield replaced. The dealership was supposed to of called Auto Glass and explain the situation beforehand. I waited 2 hours, as I was at work, before I made the phone call. They knew nothing about the situation and explained that I should not have been involved at all, that it all should've been set up directly between the dealership and Auto Glass directly. I love my Jeep, and I loved the team I worked with when I bought it, but the recent appointments I've had have been extremely upsetting.

My service adviser was great but the rest of the staff was less then satisfactory. My husband and I continuously walk in to the service department were there are servers employees not helping customers and stand around waiting to be helped for more then 15-20 minutes.. this is a common at your dealership and extremely frustrating for your customers...
