After i left, i noted a noise when switching from high or lw beam headlight.Tried to notify the dealership immediately but was told no one could talk to me and just bring it back. It was 4:30 pm and i needed to take the jeep in the next day for body repairs...tried to talk with service manager and couldnt so left a msg but no one has tried to contact me in 2 days. So i dont know what to do, cant bring it in now because of body work being done but dont want it to be ignored due to not being able to talk to anyone. I waited from 1230 pm to 430 pm for an oil change, headlight alignment and weatherstripping repair on rear wheel well. Could i please get a call back for this noise.thank you

The sales rep was good unfortunately the problem is not fixed. Truck was brought in for a leak that has been a reoccurring problem from the cab break light. Bad rain tonight and still water leaking into the cab. It might be a different issue so we will see how the team handles it tomorrow.
