I was waiting in line behind an individual who was talking to service agent Patrick. While I was waiting, Patrick told the individual, that he needed to go outside and look at his car,which at moment Pattick walked passed me without acknowledging me as a customer. After about 1o minutes of me still standing in front of Patrick's podium, Steve said he could help me. I feel all members should be aware of every costume that walks through the door and is standing in line. Also, let the customer know you recognize them by saying "someone will help you very soon",rather than walking pass them as if the fact they paid $35,000 for a vehicle doesn't really matter. As a retired Navy Instructor, I've received many hours of training pertaining to Customer Service ,whi h what I witnessed today was pretty disappointing.

Had to wait an hour longer than anticipated. As well as getting in my truck to see I still have no wiper fluid even though it was check off on the sheet. Oil was dirty too when I check it. Seems like a rush job that I had to wait over 2 hours for. First time this has happened typically always a good experience

Patrick was wonderful. One area needs improving. Acknowledge the customer that is in your store. I AM spending my money there and I AM spending my time there. Simple smile and eye contact with an index finger telling me in a minute. I stood there 10 minutes no one saying boo and staring at their screen, until Patrick showed up from helping someone outside. -- David's wife, Sue. Who is the one you deal with the most. Thank you

Customer service was great! We keep having transmission slipping problems and every time we bring it in, they can’t find anything wrong... your service person suggested we bring it in and he and my husband wil try and get it to do it

We were told they had to keep it overnight because the part needed to be ordered. After waiting all day we had to call and ask the status on our vehicle. The part wasn’t ready to fix our van, we just picked it up because we needed it. Not even sure they changed the oil in it yet. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

Only problems, no one told my my truck was ready. No one was at the counter to check out, I had to wait 10 minutes looking for help. Then when I got my keys, my truck was blocked in and I couldn’t leave. So I had to go back in to the store that had at this point only one person at the counter with a line of people.

My service contact was great in handling my vehicle issue. Krys is very organized and polite. My problem is with the QC of the work. Upon getting into my vehicle to leave West Hills Jeep the passenger side floorboard was flooded with standing water. The vehicle had been parked outside with the passenger window open during the recent rains. The window was closed when I picked it up, and no effort was made to pump out the water. That is bush league! Who ever worked on the car should have handled that. My car is old (2003) and it is probably time for a replacement, so I will probably not be returning to West Hills Jeep in the future.
