When I scheduled the oil change it was written up as using the most expensive oil, synthetic, not asked if I use that or not. Ask if convential oil is used like I do.
Went beyond to help a long time customer
Job done early, Krys was very congenial
Very satisfied, forgot to have tire pressure checked!
It shouldn't take four hours to change the oil in a vehicle.
Thank you for your excellent customer service,, my son and w wife were satisfied ????
He was great— made sure my vehicle was ready when I was on a tight schedule. Addressed all my concerns as well. Thanks!
After $2500 in repairs I still have the check engine light on
The service was performed in a timely manner. Very impressed.
When I received my vehicle after the service my dash/instrument panel was changed my settings.
I haven’t been able to restore the instrument panel back to my liking.
My way of thinking is that if you use something always return it the way you received it.
My service experience was absolutely wonderful.
Grant and his team went out of their way to ensure the issue was fixed. Absolutely the best service I have ever had from a dealer.
Excellent service. Thank you
My service should've been completed on m original visit. I shouldn't have had to come back today.
Patrick was great. He kept me up on the progress of my repairs. Thank you
Always have a great experience thank you and your staff happy holidays
They tried. I know they did but it took them weeks to figure out what was causing my Chrysler Pacifica 2017 panic alarm to go off constantly. Twice they called to tell me it was fixed and to come get it when the alarm was still going off. Causing me to fake a full day off work (I live 1.5 hrs away which they knew) the first time I got 45 min away before the alarm was sounding and the second time I drove all the way to their dealership to find my car dead because the alarm had been going off all night and drained the batter and yet again was not ready for pick up. Finally they said it would be ready Monday and to wait for their call at 11 to come get it. I took another day off work, no phone call. I called them left a message with Jeremy at 1pm. No return call tell Thursday (to be fair it was Christmas) when they said the car was finally ready. The alarm is finally not going off constantly and I appreciate the rental while they fixed it but their communication was with customers was terrible, they wasted so so so much of my time and money. Jeremy was kind and professional and I understand he was in training and new but the other service specialist could have helped him a little by communicating with me when he was unavailable. Will surely not be buying a Chrysler/dodge/jeep ever again.

I stood awkwardly waiting for a service person to help me. I think I stood there for 7 minutes. Seems unreasonable to me. And this isn’t the first time I’ve mentioned this.
