Then truck ended up have to be there for 3+ weeks the communication was very poor. I was the one that had to call to see what was going on! When you have to wait a month for your appointment it should be a priority to finish in a timely manner!

Unable to duplicate a problem with parking alert system. Problem returned once leaving dealership. I returned and took the service manager for a ride so he could see problem first hand. He agreed problem should be corrected. Bed lighting doesn't work discovered the wireing was never completed and this wasn't disclosed when purchasing vehicle (Sept 2019)(used 2015 RAM 1500) been waiting for a manager to return a phone call, no call as of yet, it's been two days now.

I had a scheduled visit for permaplate and digisheild. It didnt get complete due to the holiday party. Honestly not that big of a deal but still an inconvenience.

It took way too long for you guys to get the parts in. Time spent installing them was okay. But keeping me informed about the ordering of parts and all the excuses as to why they took so long is unexplainable.

I just got home and called about a new problem with my truck and had to leave a message and then no return call I had to connect a battery charger to my truck for the first time ever. Very upsetting to have a new problem with my truck right after leaving your shop.

A few days after my oil change I noticed oil spots under my truck. I opened the hood and there was a pool of dirty oil around the filter and there is oil all over wiring and everything else in that area.

The inability to solve a problem with my Ram’s air bags, “because the warning light would not come on” is an unacceptable engineering problem. If the vehicles digits systems can’t perform/diagnose, then a manual methodology should be substituted. Come on Fiat, get it right!
