I had a 12:00 appointment for a job they said would take 1/2 hour. I was there by 11:45 so i would be on time and not waste your time. However, I was able to pick up my vehicle at 4:30 pm. What was the purpose of an appointment if it took 2-3 hours before it could even be seen by a mechanic.
