My warranty was “not entered in my system”, even though I bought the car and have used it with your service dept before. I had to demand it be looked for after repeating I have used it. I was give a total quote but was not given the actual cost of each repair or service. I had to ask for each and every one. When I questioned a suggested remedy, the service person had no knowledge of the problem and said the computer “said it was this.” I was offered option to pay online so pick up would be easy and yet the payment was “not put in my system”. So it was not easy check out. The car was parked out back which continued to not make a quick pick up. Lots of attempts to sell me more services. And all of this was after you originally cancelled my recall service because you gave the part to someone else, even though I had to schedule over a month out to even get in at all. Over 4 months to get service and I still have to bring my car back for another 1/2 day appt to replace a button. I will not buy another car from West Hills even though the buying experience was pleasant, Each service experience has been difficult.

I went in earlier than my scheduled appointment and they were very open to help me. Steven was very kind and generally concerned about the customer. He explained everything that was done to the car and when I should expect to come back for another service. He walked my outside to my vehicle and well.
