I was very disappointed with how I was mislead with the maintenance agreement is was sold. My truck was held for two days and then was told my maintenance did not cover any of the problems that I wanted to be corrected was not covered. Not what I was told at sale of the truck. Not satisfied with my service. Will not give others a good report of the service.

Fine call me this was the absolute worst experience ever and I wouldn’t be back except am forced to as their is no other dealer on the peninsula. Very unfortunate. !! I have a Volkswagen and the dealer down the street bends over backwards for you. Like night and day wouldn’t even know you were under the same umbrella!! Really is a shame.

Not kept up to date, 2 texts I sent went unanswered. I made a phone call and the person could not get anyone on the service dept to give me an answer. My vehicle was there for 2.5 hours and nothing got done. I have had similar problems in the past with this service dept. Terrible customer service. I have purchased many vehicles from hazlewood dealerships and had excellent service from all except the dodge dealer. You obviously need some new leadership there. When I was there a week or so ago I stood there for more than 10 minutes before any of the advisors 3ven recognized my presence. Danielle was not doing anything at the time , she needs training in customer service.
