Max did a great job, walked me through the entire process. He even helped me out with a rental for the say while my truck was there. Although the recall is still in pkay due to no fix by manufacturer. Over all, Max was very helpful and even offered me coffee. Thanks Max

I brought my vehicle in for diagnostics and subsequent repairs for an abnormal amount of noise produced by the engine in my 02 Jeep Wrangler. After a day, I was informed that the cause was a bad water pump and power steering pump. The repairs were made over about a weeks time in addition to services to other vehicle systems. After paying $3300 for the repairs performed on the vehicle, turned it on and it made the same amount of noise as when it was brought in. It seems I wasted $3300 for repairs that I was told would fix the problem that I brought the vehicle in for in the first place. It does not appear that the repairs have made any difference in the issue I requested to be fixed. Upon receipt of the vehicle, I was told to drive the vehicle some and “See if it gets better.” I’m left thinking “What did I pay over 3 grand for?”
