Took longer than expected but i dont mind waiting for great service. Max was great kept me updated that it was taking a little longer than expected. But i dont mind. Always have excellent service when i come in. Keep up the great work

Patrick at no point made me feel under any pressure to have any extra work done to my vehicle. Yes, it needs some attention but I’m currently not in a position financially to make all the repairs/servicing. Due to this, I feel much better about returning to this dealership and getting the work completed as soon as I can. I liked his efficient and honest approach and felt respected as a customer. To be honest, I had a couple of very bad experiences in the past with Dodge service depts, but this visit gave me much confidence. Well done Patrick and the same to West Hills. Also, please forward my compliments to the vehicle rental team next door. They’re a great asset to collaborate with. Great experience overall...
