I have zero complaints that involve individuals. I do wish to point out that after servicing my 3500 I receive my vehicle back with grease smudges time and again. This I believe is not an act born out of inability but an act of over burdening the services technicians/mechanics. The staff at west hills are always polite and as professional as can be. That politeness is either a veneer to hide the overwhelmed staff and the strains they are under or it is deception by politeness to hide a devil may care attitude towards customers and their property. I genuinely believe it is the former. In their haste to get as many units serviced and an ever mounting work load for future service, simple CARE and PRIDE in a job well done have become the sacrificial lambs. I think west hills should hire more service staff and increase garage size. Barring that a reminder a stern reminder to be considerate and double check your work. This may enable a greater attention to detail and may ensure simple things are not over looked. For example grease in the interior where no grease should be. I think Patrick Duncan and the other service staff are nice courteous people , I believe the techs are capable people. Maybe they are little over worked. I thank them all for their efforts.

I have been going here to receive service on my vehicles for a few years now and feel like every time I go there I dislike the environment more and more. It’s very cluttered in the service area with all the advertisements hanging all over the place, and it very unwelcoming. I also feel like women are not valued there. When my husband picks up our vehicles he is talked to with respect, however when I pick up our vehicle, they seem to think I have no idea what they are talking about and “dumb everything down”, when in reality I am the one that knows more about cars. Maybe it’s only my point of view, however for my husband to notice this, it makes me feel as though this should be brought to attention and somehow changed.

The only issues I had was no one called me when my vehicle was ready. I had to call after 6 hours and ask.

5hrs for a 2hr job. Scheduled appointment two months ago and added headlight and marker replacements. Showed up today and they had not ordered them. Then I was charged $20 for $5 lamps and $144 for 4lamp replacements.

Felt rushed, good service but not good customer service, not good estimate and never followed up with me to let me know if the pads were covered by insurance. Didnt look into warranty that was listed on the paper work.

Supposedly checked and filled tires to specs. Got home and tire pressure indicator for drivers rear tire was at 29 Psi, I filled to 36 psi and 2 days later still at 36.
