My wife and I have had an obnoxious amount of cars in the last 43 years and many service advisors. With that said, Steve was very attentive, listened to my concerns which were written down, kept me updated and delivered our Jeep on time. What more can I say. He did an awesome job and I will definitely request his services in the future. He is a keeper.

I hate leaving bad reviews & I don’t want your numbers going up for a bad review. I got my oil changed there today & it took 2 1/2 hours. I ended up missing a meeting with what was to hopefully be my new landlord & didn’t get the place. Very disappointed:/

I was told they fixed the plastic vent piece on the hood and while driving I noticed it was still sticking up.

Was told when I made my appt. that a brake check is part of the service. After my car was serviced, the guy didn't say anything about the brakes, so I asked him. He pretended he was reading off the chart that was filled out & read off some phony numbers saying they were fine (while he turned the paper away from my view). I looked at the chart when I got home & saw that they didn't mark info about the brakes at all. Looks like I'll be taking it elsewhere for this service. Lesson learned.
