I was disappointed at first due to doing a brake job and getting the truck back with 2 locked rear calipers.. Kristen was very patient and understanding about my stress. This one thing would have made or broke my trust with west hills and I am definitely going to buy my next truck from west hills dodge

Definitely feel I was given inaccurate information from the service department. Charged and I should not have been, should of repaired my vehicle as warranted.

The gal that checked me in was awesome, wasn't satisfied because my car was not vacuumed like usual and the sticker stating when it would need another oil change was not replaced with a new one, get it if you don’t want to put up a new one up but at least remove the one that is no longer relevant. Less than optimal service for what you charged me.

Communication was pretty bad, only way to get any info was if I called. I’ve been told numerous of times that he would get back to me and never did, still waiting now to see when my next appointment will be to fix some stuff. When the car is in longer than it should be updates would be great.

Kristyn did an amazing job. She was very thorough with what services were done to our Jeep, she was helpful by printing extra info, no questions asked. Best part, when I went to another dealer, they wanted to charge $50 to replace the cabin air filter. With you guys, it was free because it was covered under our service warranty. I will definitely be back

The 60k mile maintenance was to take 1 day. It took 2 days and I believe that the technician was taken off my job to work on other vehicles. I had to call for status on my vehicle.

First I had an appointment at 9:45 to see if something was done to my air while the airbags were replaced. I did not receive a phone call or updates on my car until I call at 1:00pm. Kris was so lost and said the care was done she was waiting on the paperwork. She did not offer to have my car fixed that day. I came later after 3 to pick up my car. Kris was no where to be found when she came by she smelled of cigarettes. It was not pleasant. She told me that the air problem was common. She said that fords are the worst. My family owns 5 fords and not one has had an air problem. My husband has had the same care for 7 years now and no problem. I asked if it was just a Jeep issue and she continued to say no that it’s just a common problem.She walked us out to the car and took the plastic off the seats. I drove it home looked in the back and the panel that goes under the searing wheel was off. My husband was not happy and called. She explained how my Jeep was not even looked out till 2:00pm and they only spent 5 minutes in my car. It’s weird that she knew what was wrong with my car and was just looking for the parts to it at 1 but told a different story to another person. Now my car noise is worse than before I bought it in. I will not be returning I’m very displeased. This was so disorganized and overbook. My car issue didn’t start till after I took it in here
