Staff were helpfull but I de an appointment for a recall, 2 weeks later I shop up drop off my car at 9am and get a call at 5pm that there are no parts. Max was very respectful and helpfull he gave me a rental car but I would have rather been told that the parts weren't available and would have to reschedule than waste both ourtime.

Additionally - your service team recommended service for my vehicle that I didn’t need. Transfer case and differential service was recommended due to my mileage. A quick check of my service record would have shown you had performed that very service for me 20,000 miles ago. If I wasn’t savvy I would have paid for service I didn’t need to the tune of $800.00.

Had appointment at 9:30 and didn't get out till 12:30. No one told me it would take that long, I was waiting the whole time in the waiting room!!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service.

I scheduled my appointment for 1 week in advance, and it still took 5 days to get my car back. I only recieved updates when i called. When i got my car back i had to turn around cause it was leaking antifreeze. Every time i schedule any appointment it always takes twice as long as it should. Standard oil change 2 hrs. Im told my repair is about 2 hrs, takes 5 days. Not happy with service appointments.
