I am very unsatisfied with your service department. I got my car back on February 28th after you guys having it for 1 month due to a blown engine. I had it back for 24 hours and then I noticed an oil leak and my check engine came out so I brought the car back and you guys told me I needed a new rear main seal line and a new O2 sensor. I got my car back on March 10th and was on my way out too Shelton when I was hearing the same sound in my engine bay as I was a week and a half ago. I am very upset that I’m having too wait to get my car looked at when you guys have had it for almost 2 months and I was told twice that my car was good to go. It was not good to go and I shouldn’t have to wait to get my car looked at when something is obviously wrong. The service advisor told me that the tech took it for a test drive and I am believing that he didn’t take it for a test drive because if he did then he would have heard the sound I am hearing when he drove it. I am very unsatisfied. My car is currently sitting in your lot waiting too be looked at for a third time. I’m very upset that the car isn’t done right.

Mr. Campbell delivered top-notch Customer Service. He provided me with full explanations of how and why the recall occurred and what actions the service department was going to perform on my 2013 Challenger. He left me voicemail and sent me texts apprising me of the cars progress. I very much appreciated his feedback and recommendations relevant to the Multi Point Inspection that was performed by the service technicians. Overall, Mr. Campbell Customer Service was one of the best experiences I have ever had when receiving service in the auto industry.
