Honestly, I’m not at all happy about the fact that my brand new car seems to have every problem under the sun. If it weren’t for Max making me feel heard and as though I’m important, I think I would have gotten rid of the car by now. I’m hoping that all the manufacturing problems have been fixed and that I do get to keep the car for at least a year before it completely breaks down.

Pateick was very nice and quickly got my truck in for service. Afterwards, he setup a free shuttle service and I enjoyed spending time at the local mall where my wait time felt non-existent! Couldn't ask for better service!

Max provided excellent service today. West Hill is fortunate to have a person of his caliber on the team. I was not easy to work with and yet he stayed, cool, calm and collected throughout the transaction. His demeanor was very professional. Thank you.

First I’ll start with a few positive things. I was greeted very well and the gentleman (don’t recall his name but tall early 20’s) that helped me was cheerful, informative, and kind. However my vehicle was almost an hour late! It set my plans back and messed up my day. Not happy with how long it took.

Arrived early for my scheduled 5:30 appointment for oil change and new wipers. Was told at that time it could take up to an hour and 20 minutes to complete it. Since I planned to wait, I sat in the waiting area near the service bay. At 6:55, I called home to let my family know that I was still waiting for my car. At that time, I stood up and looked out the window to see my vehicle sitting in the bay, ready to go. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there! I went to the service desk, paid my bill and when I got into my car I noticed the new sticker was incorrect! The date of 7/11/20 seems accurate, but the mileage of 74014 is totally wrong. My current mileage is 73058. I was not pleased with the service I received 03/11/20! Jacqueline L

As I have said numerous times your service dept. told me that replacing my tires would fix the problem with my car. It didn’t. Now new tires, an alignment and 900.00 later you tell me it is the wheel bearings. No hey we’re sorry you spent 900.00 for no reason. No nothing. Zip. Zero. Nada. At the very least you should comp me the diagnosis charge since your last diagnosis cost me 900.00 and the loss of 4 tires that obviously did not need replacing.

Staff held up crooked company policy to a T. I see a complete disregard for consumers safety. I purchased my 3rd vehicle from Dallas **** a few months ago and found out that the brake life was at the absolute end of life. Then when I went to the dealership scheduled oil change and they ignored the safety of the brakes again. I just paid $1150 plus a rental car, missed hours of work and had to postpone moving while the truck was in the shop for 4 days. I think Haselwood should hold its self to a higher safety standard policy for their customers used vehicles. And I should get a refund. Im wildly disappointed in the companies policies and disrespect. I’m deciding how I want to educate the rest of our community about my experience and discovery in service practices.

Was told my car would take half a day to be serviced for a recall part and received no call in the day to say my car was ready to be picked up until the following day. Wasn’t a big deal but just a minor inconveinience since I planned to have it picked up the day of. But thank you none the less for the services.

I had an Excellent experience today having my Dodge serviced. The representative was so helpful, he walked me out to my truck as I have a cast on my foot. Thank you!
