The repair and extended warranty billing were handled perfectly. My only concern was the lack of communication. I had to call at the end of each day (Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Tues) to find out if the repair was complete. Maybe that's something one of the receptionists can do? Just a quick update? Thanks much.

Appreciate taking care of me on the coupon. Thought it was funny the multi point inspection indicated clutch operation and reservoir are “NA” when the vehicle is a 6 speed manual ????

When you make a rule for COVID-19 to stay in your car and wait for a service rep, you shouldn’t have to wait 30 min with light someone coming and still have to go in anyways to even get someone to help you.

Kristyn informed me that I needed a certain regular maintenance work that wasn’t performed on my vehicle for either my 90,000 or 96,000 mile requirements. I had brought my vehicle in to your shop for both of those time lines for those requirements of those mileage time period. I had the work done today. Concerned that this required maintenance wasn’t done either of the last 2 times I was in.
