Made appointment for oil change, asked to have tires rotated as well. Was assured they would be. Typed up on the service order, and during drop off I specifically asked again for the tire rotation to happen. Was again reassured it was included, saw it on service order. Picked up jeep, service advisor said tires got rotated, failed to notice tires were not rotated. Noticed 20 minutes later they were not, called service advisor back, left voicemail about coming back to rotate tires. He called back, left me a voicemail saying he would like to schedule a time that was convenient for me. Called him back, set up for Monday at 8am. Showed at 8am on Monday. Handed key over, they said it wouldn't take long. 90 minutes later I asked what was taking so long, service advisor went to check. Came back saying they wanted to torque it right and were almost done. At the two hour mark they brought my vehicle back up. Tires were rotated finally. They apologized for my inconvenience, but that is miniscule compared to lying about services rendered. So who lied first? The tech? The service advisor? Who trains their employees to lie? This is little, how many other lies are they telling customers? A few years back, we had a problem with this service department but did not make issue of it, regrettably now. Definitely looking at alternative locations for maintenance and future purchases. We bought this 2018 grand cherokee trailhawk brand new in November 2018, paid cash and got extended warranties from this dealer.

When I got home I see a scratch on the hood that looks like someone cut the xpel vinyl on the hood of my jeep and I'm pretty sure the perma plate was not applied to the top of the vehicle

Would love to know why you would schedule an appointment not sure if you have all of the required tools to complete the job? This is the 3rd appointment, and still not completed.
