Omg. First of all Steven Campbell doesn’t even work for you so fix your notifications. I’ve explained my issues to you folks so many times and to so many of you I’m dizzy. Clearly you do not communicate with each other, have a mission statement that reads the customer is never right, and you change your narrative to match the outcome you want. I’m never coming back

I discovered today that my tires are weather cracked on the tread, I keep finding more things wrong with this truck that should have been taken care of to begin with. The tires are a huge safety issue and should not have passed inspection

Only 1/2 of what I asked to get done got done. I know they called to let me know my recall wouldn’t be done but my wife was bummed cuz now she’s gonna have to bring her car back in again.
