Max Davis was great, oil change was great. Everything was great, except I wanted to order a satin black grille. It took me getting home and looking up the part number to realize the wrong one was ordered. I will be calling tomorrow to get that fixed. Other than that, no issues.

Max is a nice and polite young man. He was the first one to greet me while I was waiting outside with my vehicle. He engaged me in conversation and treated me like a customer who mattered, even though it was the end of a long day. Going back to my car, he looked and realized the service crew had neglected to put the oil change sticker on my windshield. He took the time to go back to the bay, get one and put it on.

Made an appointment for 30k service and a check engine light. Got talked into a 4 wheel drive service and another service and i still didnt get my tires rotated, brakes checked and my DEF filled.

Took in the Jeep Compass for one repair and when picking it up it had a different problem- hood opened light on. That makes 2 issues with 2 different vehicles within a couple of weeks

My new window sticker for when my next oil change is read 61000 miles, I take it that is in error since I dont even have 6000 miles on my car. I guess I will plan to come back around 10k miles. Lol
