I was made to pay for "unavoidable" dealership worker admitted damage. Labor free but had to pay for replacement parts including the mark up.

Maxs' customer service was fine. My experience was fine with the exception of the bill. I was told the cost of the service I requested and was aware that taxes would be added, but I am not at all pleased that there was 2 bogus charges added to my bill. They charges are unjustified and therefore are insulting.
