i went in for an oil change and a tire rotation on my ram 3500 diesel. As Max was getting the paperwork so i could leave i asked him if they had adjusted the tire pressure because the fronts have 60psi and the backs have 80psi, he said yes they were adjusted. On the way home after a tire rotation i always bring up the tire gage on the truck, as i drove home i watched the gage shift to 80psi on the fronts and 60psi on the backs, i also verified when i got home with a manual gage. The reason i always bring up the gage display is because this is not the first time this has happened to me at weat hills.

I made an appt, was on time, and still had to wait over 2 hours to get a LOF done. Absolutely ridiculous that it would take that long. I made a point of informing the service rep that I needed the service to be done quickly because I had to go to work. I was told that it would be less than one and a half hours. Two hours and ten minutes later I am finally leaving your lot. I think I will look elsewhere for service unless I can leave my vehicle for all day.
