The service advisor was not the issue, she was very professional. My issue is that I checked in promptly for my 9:30 am service. It wasn’t until 10:00 am that I saw my truck being moved from the check in area, assuming that it was being taken back to the garage for service. At 10:30, I got up to stretch my legs and noticed my truck parked in the lot. I assumed that my service was completed. When I inquired if my truck was done, the service advisor found that work had not even started yet. She took quick action and found another service technician to take over. Once started, the service was completed promptly and to my satisfaction. Again, the service advisor was great and I will continue to have you service my truck in the future. But as your time is important, so is mine. It’s just a little frustrating and something I have never experienced at your dealership.

I drove over on the ferry only to find that the dealership would not do the re all that I was assured they would do and after this appointment they would no longer service my pro master. If they had given me this information I could have saved the trip and done 1 appointment at the new dealership. Instead it has taken e trips to get the work done

Keys was aswome. The entire staff was aswome. Unfortunately I picked up my pickup and with one hour I was broke down. Engine seized up. Right after they installed a new /reman transmission. Some thing went totally wrong.
