Your service department got grease on the upholstery of my truck during service of my Dodge 2500 and Krys was happy to take care of it although Your detail shop was closed due to the virus. I had to wait for more than a month to get this resolved and two more trips in two vehicles at my own expense with my wife and I logging more than four hours of travel and fuel costs also at my expense due to West Hills Dodge service Dept error. When I picked up my truck today the grease was removed from the upholstery in multiple places, which was the bare minimum to resolve the issue. I really did expect service to step up to the plate and detail the interior of the truck. I let Krys know I was very dissatisfied with the fact that the detail shop didn’t even vacuum the floor or any of the seats. 30 minutes of cleaning would have gone a long way toward good Customer Service. I have spent 40 years in Customer Service and again I was very disappointed. Larry Howe.

Max is a great asset to your team. He immediately assessed that I knew what I wanted, and delivered it on time and on budget. Employees like him are hard to come by, he deserves opportunity for an advanced customer-care role.

I drove home and my coolant light came on the truck was a half a gallon short.. 1000.00 dallor service. I am not impressed..will look for another shop to do my maintenance.

Service was disappointing. AC did not work Two hour wait to determine problem Spend $2,500 for repairs AC was missed TM also did not function. Had to reschedule that also. Service agent was pleasant. Overall quality of service extremely disappointing.

Kudos to Max Davis! He is a real professional who went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired correctly, in a timely manner. I really appreciated how he kept my constantly updated, and followed up thoroughly on all the repair details. I would highly recommend asking for Max Davis by name, for anyone needing to have their vehicle serviced or repaired!

The car was not test driven and an additional Repair had to be done. This caused a considerable delay. And much higher costs than originally quoted.

Had a very bad experience. We test drove the car before we bought it and was told that they would fix the problem before we bought it. They didn't. We brought it back multiple times to fix it and it never got fixed. Finally they figured out what was wrong with it but told us we would have to pay for it even though we have an extended warranty. We then even said we could cover parts if they would cover labor and they wouldn't! I am very upset with this! Especially at times like this.
