My vehicle sat for three week before it was worked on . I never received updates I had to call every time for updates and never got called back for the first two weeks ...I had to drive to the dealership for updates . I was Always getting passed around and know one had a clew. I was never given a price of how much the cost would be to fix my Jeep . My name was put in the computer and never fixed . They stripped bolts on the car adding time for pick up . Honestly I traded the Jeep in because I don’t trust driving it after that disorganized group of people were working on it . Totally **** experience

Customer service was really good, the service writer seemed to know what he was talking about and was really Pleasant. The service tech however failed to use Fender covers on my car and left black marks from Lube hoses all over the front end of my white car.

Oil changes are not the funnest thing to go and do. I enjoy taking my vehicle in to get an oil change at Jeep in Bremerton. Krys is great.

Allow me to start by saying Max is not to blame and has done a good job in resolving the issue. And that’s where the good stops, the service manager is the worse (oh wait he’s never once come talked to me after I asked to speak with him. To date he’s not returned my phone message asking to speak with him.) The day I came in and calmly asked to speak with the service manager KC walks into his office, explains that I’d like to talk with him. He dose not move, looks in my direction and sends Max over to work with me. I brought my truck in for service, the rear windows needed to be replaced. After having my truck for a full day. I picked it up brought it home, the next day jump in and I smell water. I called spoke with Max, and was told to bring it in on Tuesday (4days later with the weather forecast calling for rain all 4 days) The next morning I drove to the dealership this is where my interaction (missed interaction) with the service manager happened. I left my truck over the weekend, Fast forward to Tuesday June 16, 2020. Max calls tell me my truck is ready. Day later then I was told, keep in mind that I have water damaged from the leaking back window. I go pick up the truck, Max and I walk out to review the work, we open the door and we both smell MOLD and a strong Musty smell. Max calls the glass shop that did the work (twice now). Max tells me to go see Trevor at the glass shop. I meet Trevor (what a jerk). He could have cared less about the problems they have now caused me. My new 2018 truck smelling like MOLD. To someone who’s allergic this is a big deal. At this point I am DONE with this dealership and will be taking my business anywhere else. Again Max did what he could, I don’t fault him, however customer service, the need to make things right when you (or your sub) screws them up. Is a reasonable request.

Been a nightmare the last few months dealing with max. To top it off the job is still not complete after receiving call it was it’s not. So still waiting to find out when they will finish it
