I had specifically asked to have my oil pressure checked. When I was checking out it was not mentioned. I questioned it Max went and checked and said that everything registered normal during the diagnostics. I specifically asked to have my oil pressure checked and I truly don’t think that happened. Max his service was outstanding but the tech I don’t feel ever truly checked my oil pressure as I had asked and it was written up on the paperwork

While Emmanuel was amazing and took great care of me, Jake is the most outstanding service person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. There was a miscommunication while making my initial appointment. When I called to confirm some things about my appointment, Jake identified the miscommunication immediately, took responsibility and had a solution for me, which made me feel extremely comfortable. To say Jake is an asset to your organization would be an understatement!
