Service agent quoted 1 hr for repair, brought vehicle in, was told it could be 3 hrs, once service was complete, agent on the phone with wife/girlfriend making plans for the night, service agent said he didn’t have the time to print out receipt.?? Very unprofessional

Kristyn was awesome....also, from waiting for a couple hours for my car I was very impressed by all the staff there...assistant manager went above and beyond as well...as did a kid named Tristan. Kuddos!

I was completely satisfied with Troy but your scheduler should have made sure the parts were ordered for one of the recalls I brought the van in for. It was the primary reason for the visit and now I have to make a second appointment when parts come in. You can do better than that and I have to waste a day coming back. Troy communicated well, was courteous and professional.
