Max was not in charge of my service today, this survey is not to reflect poorly on him. I had a 9:00am appointment scheduled last Tuesday that I was checked in immediately 10 minutes earlier. I was told it would be about an hour 15min, maybe longer if they ran into an issue with fixing it. One hour and 35 minutes later the service desk guy who checked me in comes to tell me they hadn’t even started on my vehicle. No big deal, it happens. 15 minutes later he returns to tell me that the part is not even there and they won’t be able to do it. That’s two hours after being checked in do i get informed the part was not there. I spoke with the service manager who apologized and said the part would be on Monday and he already checked it.. upon completion of my oil change I then get informed from service desk writer that the part won’t be there til Wednesday.. I really wouldn’t have mind waiting til Wednesday to get the work, or showing up this morning and getting informed the part wasn’t there, sure an inconvenience, but whatever. Not making me wait for two hours to tell me the parts not gonna be there and all in all am at the dealership for 2.5 hours in the middle of a pandemic because of some fuddled handling of the paperwork to the service team and not getting my vehicle started at the 9:00 schedule time. Also, 4 employees today are walking around with their noses exposed from their masks, pretty sure medical professionals are saying that’s counterproductive to THEIR safety.

When I returned to pick up my vehicle there were multiple spots where someone touched the paint with grease all over the jeep.

Emmanuel was extremely professional. He told me what the car should be ready and he beat it by at least 5 minutes. He came over and gave me an update. I hope he is my service rep next time I come in. I rate him a 10!

Max was kind and very helpful. I waited almost 3 hours for a diagnosis on my car, which I’m ok with because I understand that it gets busy. When my vehicle was done, I sat there for an extra 20-25 minutes because the manager needed to talk to the advisor. Are you serious? Does the manager even care at all about my business or customer service? There is not one good reason for me to sit there and stare at my vehicle that is finished while the manager sits in the office and talks to the advisor.
