Emmanuel was very courteous and professional. Even though he has a face mask on I could tell he was smiling from his friendly voice. Although the oil change took longer than expected, it was no prblem because he checked on me a few times and kept me informed. Thank you!

After reading your poster to not enter the building and wait for a service person to come out and greet me, I did just that. After 15 minutes outside with three other gentlemen a lady read the sign and walked right in. She was immediately assisted by service writers in the building. STILL no one came out. Finally we all just walked in and were assisted, but certainly Not in the order that we arrived. Lock the damn door or take the sign down.

The day following my appointment I called in the morning for an update. The simple items had been addressed but not the main issue and was told I would get an update in 30 min. I received no call back and called twice to get an update so I could schedule my day and return my rental. I finally called the rental office to tell them I would be late and had no idea how late. The rental office was able to get an update that my Truck was ready! I never received a call from service! I picked up the truck and payed the late fee for the rental. The main issue of the display/navigation and vehicle phone error message was still malfunctioning as I drove the truck home!
