Last month I got my 1st oil change from West hills I was happy and excited saddly after I got my car back and home I realized the cover/door for where I put my phone charger got broken by an employee and pit on like nothing happened not fixed wasn't told just tired to cover it up, today it was fixed I am so happy thank you
I’ve been home about three hours since I left your business. Currently all appears to be just fine. As far as service, it was great as always. I was very thankful that they also provided a rental car for me to not just sit and waste time waiting. I was able to get several things done in the timeframe they did the recall on my 2010 Dodge caliber. The questions I had were answered without any hesitation of not knowing what they did. Great service. The only comment is about the car wash coupon I received. It is good for a location Bremerton and I never go to Bremerton. It would be nice if the car was washed when I got out of service when I picked it up it was all clean. You guys of always been great and I will continue doing business with you. It is the people that make the difference. Thank you

I cannot put in to words how angry I am after leaving. Hopefully I can sell my jeep this week so that I never have to deal with the service department again
Friendly and helpful gentleman
All of the counter staff were extremely helpful, however, I am not happy with the quality of repairs.
I had new brakes put in, all the way round and I don’t notice any difference in braking ability, the emergency brake doesn’t engage and the warning lights are still on for the braking system.
Another service time has been scheduled for next week.
I don’t feel that the quality of repair service has been at the usual high standard that I have received over the past 35 years of doing business with this dealership.

The man who greeted me at the door was worthless, unprepared,inefficient and not personable at all. The woman(Kris) was very friendly, but asked me all the same questions he did. I asked to have the air in my tires checked, but they didn’t do it. After having such an excellent experience with Toyota the day before, I feel your team has a lot of room for improvement. Perhaps a field trip across the street would be helpful.
I was very satisfied with Jim however unhappy with the fact that my child seat had been removed and neither Jim nor I was informed of that. It is definitely something that should have been brought to my attention.
Work performed took longer than scheduled, but everything now works as expected.
Our previous expiernces with this service department have been beyond awful, to the point where we dread bringing our cars in (and we have owned several from west hills. And for the first time ever I had a fantastic service expierence, Tyler is AMAZING! From now on I will only be requesting him. And others should learn from him. He went out of his was to make sure my questions were answered and I felt comfortable. He defined customer service. Thank you Tyler!
I tried repeatedly to get a update on .my car I called 4 times left 2 voice mails and never got a reply. I told him I needed to know status because I needed to arrange transportation and did not have many options. When I finially contacted him after 4 he came back with yes your car is ready. Almost had leave car another day and
