Gene Tucker was awsome! He explained what was covered in my oil changeand told me it be about an hour. Less than an hiur everything had been done and checked out. He then gave me a free car and a handshake and sent me on my way. Great employee! Thank you Jon J

brought jeep in for an alignment, my wife waited over 3 hours, with an appointment. Don’t see why it takes that long to throw the sensors on and set the toe. Then told her the jeep was waiting out front, she walks out and looks all over for it, asked another service guy, who brought it out to her.

I was told an hour and it was almost 2 hours before completed. I get in my van and turn the car on and my Christian radio station had been changed to some other channel and the first thing I hear: this young guy walks into the bar and puts his d*** on the bar... I couldn't change the station fast enough. If your techs are going to listen to my radio at least have the courtesy to change it back to the station I had it on.

Tyler did an outstanding job. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again. However my truck needs to come back. Shimmies not worse than before and and tire light on dash reads wrong and stays on. Unsat

JIM is great. Service department low rating. It’s happened many times. A four hour job for remote start kit took 3 days. This has Happened to me on different OKassions 3 times. I’m seriously thinking of taking my work Elsewhere.I wish JIM would come along for the riders. I wish somebody in upper management could call me because this happens to everybody I talk to nobody is happy with the service department and you people should look into it Regards Me ****
