I noticed the window sticker when I got home and noticed that the time between service was four months and mileage was 5000 miles. I called the service department to ask what was up and was told that you had changed the time to four months and the mileage to 4000 miles. Sure would of been nice to hear it at the dealership, and to have a correct sticker, not good customer service.

Everything went extremely well, I’m glad you guys take extra precautions on the high performance vehicle like my hellcat!!!! Little pricey even though I brought my own oil and filter but obviously the xtra time is needed with these vehicles!!! Thanks again I will be back!!!

First when I got there after dropping the rental car off, they could not find the paperwork. I never received a copy of work that was completed or inspected. I was asked to sign a document and they handed me my keys. Then the truck was in parked in a position I couldn't get out and they had a hard time finding the keys to the vehicles blocking me in. However, James wasn't there when I picked up the truck which probably added to the confusion, as a service rep he was very professional and easy to work with.

My appointment was made by Chrysler Jeep to fix Air Bag that was a recall. I showed up and left my Jeep there and was called back and was told they couldn’t finish the job because they didn’t have the parts. Now another appointment will be made.
