Have dealt with several employees in the dealership ... Nellie, Tara, Lucy and Nate. They have really gone out of their way to help with getting my Jeep back into shape. I've also was looking around while we were waiting and watching inneraction between customer and employees ... they really take the time to help you. Thank you for excellent service!

Okay.. I will try to quantify this comment. Kristin did the best she could. It is NOT on her. Frieght delays w parts, rtv dry time apparently not included in to pick up. The missing of “cleaning up the point of entry after repair. Is it resolved? Yes. However as I spoke to the service manager, oil changes and offers to fill my tank of gas only go so far. If the issue was done right, it would have been solely a parts delay issue. There is a obvious process issue that should be readily addressed.

Tyler was very prompt as I arrived a few minutes before my appointed time. I parked and he walked out and knew exactly what was being done to my truck. He was very professional and answered all my questions
