I noticed on my drive back home my speedometer is way off I was going maybe 30mph and my speedometer said I was going 50mph and it was fine before I brought my car in

There was a chip on the finish of the front end of the front left quarter panel. Jim was gracious and have no doubt he will take care of the issue. Nevertheless, my new car is damaged after service.

You might want to fix your text messaging system, I received 6 text messages in less than an hour after I dropped my car off. All the messages were the same message and not complete

There was not complete disclosure to what the charges would be for my service. If I had been told there would be charges I would have declined the service because I know for certain I could have gotten it done free somewhere else. I am very angry about this.
