The automated text message about 1/2 way through the service was rude & impersonal. The ENTIRE time I was waiting in the service lobby, what...20 feet from the desk. But, instead of PERSONALLY checking in on me, I received an aitomated message. Now, if I were off site or even out of sight, the message would have been nice. However, today I felt like a number instead of a name, much less a person who traveled from Federal Way back to the dealership where the vehicle wS purchased.

You are to receive a vehicle inspection sheet. I did not receive one. It states that on a sign in your office that for a dealer to receive a 10 you are to receive ainspection report.
