First, service and personnel were fine. Just wanted send a note that it would be nice if there was a decaf coffee choice available in the waiting room. Small thing, but if possible, it would be great. Thank you for the good service. L. Leader

I mentioned to Tyler that I was headed out of town for the weekend after my oil change and Tyler did an outstanding job of getting me checked in quickly and the turnaround time to complete the oil change was lightning quick. Probably the quickest I have ever been in and out for service.He took the time to update me on my service history and gave me a pamphlet on suggested maintenance schedule for my truck. He seemed to be very positive and actually cared about providing good customer service which was refreshing.

Tyler was great, friendly, courteous and professional, the coffee was good and free Wi-Fi to boot! The only issue was that my scheduled "one hour" oil change took over an hour and a half. Please "don't over-promise and under-deliver". Nevertheless, I'll be back. I'd give Tyler a 10. Thank You

E-brake was not working. Picked up the car and e-brake still does not function. Waiting to what is done about this.

People at the dealership were fine and helpful, dodge help desk was the worst. I hope to never have to deal with them again. West hills did their best I guess Saturday was fine but Sunday was terrible not have a service manager in to approve anything.

Other than a miscommunication about cost from previous advisor, Tyler was great...treated me with respect and a little humor (going to Toyota?) But I was passed to another advisor which made 4 total for this repair...
