I wish there were better signs to show where to check-in for service. It is confusing for new customers (like me) to know which desk is the right one.

Everything’s was great but of late, I don’t feel like the service technicians are adequately troubleshooting or diagnosing my vehicles. Twice I’ve brought my Compass in and service techs reported “all good” but the computer threw 10 codes but they couldn’t get the crankshaft position sensor to act up. Each time I drove it away the car would significantly drop power when accelerating and I was forced off the highway several times. I did some research and then brought the Compass in one last time and just requested the sensor be replaced - all good since then. Now I’ve brought in the Towne & Country and while its been making noise somewhere in near the timing belt (likely bearings going bad somewhere) the techs couldn’t source it and say “it went away” yet I got to listen to it during my 30 minute drive home. Feels like I’m just waiting for something bad to happen now. People there are great, but I’m questioning technical expertise.
