I was either underestimated or overcharged... probably the latter. How can it take an hour and a half to do a simple firmware update? As a Systems Engineer, I know better.

Krysten was great - could not be better and very friendly. I had an “all points inspection” that supposedly checked air pressure and my pressure was 7 low as it was when I came in so it was not checked.

Upon picking up my truck I did a walk around and noticed that my headlight was out, when the paperwork says it was checked and ok. I brought it up to the service advisor and she said they cant tell when a ligit will go out. I then went back to the walk around and noticed that my coolant wasnt topped off. I went back to the service advisor and waited in line...i ended up leaving without getting the light fixes or coolant topped off.
