Jim was organized and knowledgeable. I purchased my 2014 Dodge RAM 2500 truck from another dealer and wanted recall items addressed and a check engine light diagnosed. The shop determined it was a $1,000 sensor module and recommended replacement. I will take that report back to the General Manager at Infiniti of Lynnwood and have them complete the repair. My only suggestion is have your cars washed and vacuumed after service is completed.

I have taken my 2015 Ram 3500 diesel back twice after having the water pump replaced for the recall because I have have the low coolant light come on. My complaint is not that I had to take it back, its that West Hills did not warn me that this would happen. When I brought the truck back the 1st time they told me that this has happened to quite a few of the waterpump replacements. So why not inform the customer this might happen. I would expect more from a 5 star rated dealer!

1st - I was not called when the work was completed. 2nd - When driving home from the dealership my van continued to make the noise that I brought it in for. So now I have to make another appointment and deal with the stress and headache of being without my vehicle for another day.

They did the work I brought it in for as well as rotated my tires for me and also took care of two recalls I had that they didnt plan on doing when I made the appt. But they got it all taken care of and it went very smoothy.
