Your staff is pleasant enough, but I've never walked in and in a reasonable amount of time, been acknowledged and assisted.
Your customers walk in, stand there feeling awkward and finally someone gets finishes their lonnnng phone conversation or their running around and passes me off to the right team member (I think I figured who that is, finally).
I dropped my car off, stood there for 7 minutes, my husband showed up and we stood there for another 5-10...Never once acknowledged or even a simple eye contact. The young man right inside the front door finally assisted us after he did his running around. Never once, did anyone else, eyeball me or give me the, "just a minute" finger. Maybe a pleasant greeter to get us rolling, verify our appointment, contact our service writer etc. would eliminate our service writers appearing to be uniterested in my visit. I've purchased autos from WH Honda, 1994, Thomas Lincoln, 2000 & 2004, Bruce Titus 2010 and now WH Jeep 2017...You need to know, Bruce Titus has, hands down the best service staff. Understand they're smaller, but I feel welcomed and valued when I drop off my husbands rig. I walk in, immediate assistance, I give them my name, they look me in the eye and address me by my Mrs..There's the value. Your staff, although they are constantly busy, just appear to be making it through the day.
P.S. last time I was in there (warranty work) I was acknowledged, "oh, your with the Yellow team" and pointed me I the right direction, done...You know that pleased me.
I'm not a crabby, middle aged, ok, older woman, I just want your employees to appreciate that the person standing in front of them is paying their salaries and I also just made it through the day, glad to be employeed and alive!
Honestly,if I had to buy another new car, based on service, I don't feel it would be within the Hazelwood family, I'd return to Bruce, for his service alone (I like your sales staff better).

Went to pick up the truck and we could not get it because there was diesel severely leaking from the front engine compartmen. We brought it in for recall and I requested the fuel filters, oil to be changed as well. I received a text message saying it was completed and ready for pick up. I started the truck and that is when I discovered the leak. I showed Tyler Chartwell the problem and he said that he would get the problem fixed, cleaned and and a full tank of fuel. I will see when I pick it up tomorrow. I hope all of this will be true or I will take our truck somewhere else to get serviced in the future.
Didn't get the door Dong fixed! Garrett was awesome! Finance needs to give service the complete information on repair & warranty contract! My contract has door ding repair under 4inch in size repair! But no where other there my written contract that information! I know now that Garrett has that information he will get the complete information & get it fixed! How ever that information should have been made readily available to the service personnel! Service Dept & Garrett always awesome! Finance not si much!

Garrett was great. He assisted me rather than make me wait for Nate. My issue is with the tech that drove my car back to the parking lot after he fixed my tire. How do I phrase this? He must have had chili the night before because the smell in my car was so obnoxious that my eyes watered and I had to roll down my windows to air it out. It was a few miles down the freeway until my car was aired out. Not a great ending note to great customer service.
I had the passenger side front door handle replaced and the lock/ unlock functions do not work
Overall very satisfied, however having to wait a long time to check in and pickup was frustrating.

Job was only half done after car was in shop for 1 and a half days after being told it would be ready earlier. Was told it was because other cars were sold and their maintenance got pushed in front of mine. Only one wiper blade was replaced. Shuttle was late picking me up. I was late for work. And now I have to waste a Saturday going back to get rest of the job done and waste another half a day of my time.
Service writer failed to record correct mileage on service order. Shows mileage from 6/29/17 visit. Critical record keeping error.
Would like a call back due to the service did not appear to fix the problem!
Problem was fixed! Very satisfied! Thank you!
