Garrett was wonderful to work with. My recall issues were fixed, but my other issue with clicking in the dash reoccurred once I drove home with my car. My schedule is very packed during the week, and now I need to find time to bring my car back in. I called Garrett back & let him know the issue was not resolved after all. He let me know that he just needs me to bring it back in to get checked. There is no issue with Garrett, just I really wish that this was resolved today since I have a tight schedule to get things like this accomplished.

Garrett did a great job! But I am a little disappointed to know that two different companies found the struts defective. One of the companies was Tacoma Dodge. But I hope the findings where correct by westhills. I have purchased all my vehicles from westhills and have been satisfied.

I went in for an oil change and new head lights, 2.5 Hours is insane to weight when you have an appointment. What that tells me is if I need anything beyond a head light I need to go else where.

The whole process was seamless! Paul communicated frequently & effectively, the estimate was done the DAY BEFORE the appointment (I brought the Jeep in early because it wasn't reliably starting), the repair price was just as promised and the Jeep Wrangler is now working like a champ!
