He was wonderful to deal with. I have to say this is the first time I’ve gone in to the service department and was helped by someone who made me feel like they actually wanted to help me. Not just another person coming threw for service on their car. Was a bit shocked at the price but his manner and the way he approached the situation of my price going up from what the original estimate was, was great. Over all he was fantastic. I think you should give him a raise. :)

Well my truck sat there for 8 days and nothing was done. They told me they were checking things before they could work on the lifters but the hood was never opened, how I know this the hood was covered in pollen and there was not one finger print on it. Then I research the problem and find out it is common on this engine if the vehicle is not started every day, and nothing needs to be done except to give it additional warm up time, and use better oil,it does not have traditional lifters but are a spring loaded system. So your full of ****

Brought my vehicle in for 2 items. One of them was for service start stop system. I was told it was fixed. We pick up our car, get in, and it says service start stop system. We are done with this vehicle.

Tyler was really great. He explained everything thoroughly and kept me updated every step of the way. We previously had a bad experience with another West Hills dealership so I was skeptical going into the Dodge dealership, but I was put at ease with Tyler. Everything he said and done made me feel confident that I was leaving my car with great people.

Jim was great he’s the only one who called me back. I had been getting texts supposedly updating me on my car stating feel free to text. So, I did text and never got a response. I would appreciate it if the only service consultant I worked with from this point on was Jim Cannon. I really like talking with him about my service needs.

I had an appointment for 10:15 today to do factory recall work. I was told it would take 3-4 hours. At around abt 11:15 and saw my car sitting on the street. It sat there until 1:15 when the finally said it was ready. Why it sat there without moving for over 2 hours is beyond me.

I did have a bit of a panic when I walked up to my car. The hood had not been closed correctly and was 'canted' off to one side. The service rep popped the hood open and looked around the engine compartment, saw nothing amiss and closed it properly. Whew.
